Description

Westinghouse iGen5000DF Dual Fuel Inverter Generator — 5000W Peak

Choose your fuel. Plan your power.

The Westinghouse iGen5000DF combines gasoline or propane operation with 3900W rated output on gasoline and a separate 5000W peak rating.

For an outdoor generator setup, fuel choice and the actual load both matter. This dual-fuel inverter model lets you plan around gasoline or propane availability, while remote, electric and recoil starting provide three ways to start the unit.

RV-ready 30A outlet

Useful connection choices for a compatible RV setup.

The listed 120V RV-ready 30A outlet gives you a specific connection to check against your RV power input. Confirm the plug type, voltage and equipment requirements before connecting; the outlet label alone does not mean every RV load can run at once.

Use the 3900W gasoline rated figure when planning a sustained load. The 5000W gasoline peak rating addresses a separate short-term demand. Do not transfer either gasoline figure to propane without the matching manufacturer specification.

Dual fuel without losing sight of the setup.

Gasoline or propane operation provides a choice of fuel supply. Plan for the selected fuel, the manufacturer’s connection procedure and a suitable operating location before starting.

Remote, electric and recoil start are practical operating options. Follow the starting sequence and maintenance instructions for the mode you use; these features do not replace a safe, correctly connected installation.

Give outdoor operation the space it requires.

Operate outdoors only, away from doors, windows and vents. Never treat a garage or other enclosed space as an outdoor operating location. A connection to building wiring requires appropriate transfer equipment and qualified installation.
