Review the exact model, variant, specifications, included components and compatibility before ordering. Only components expressly listed as included form part of the offer. Product-specific warranty information applies only where stated for that item.
Prices and checkout
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Review the order total, applicable taxes and available payment methods at checkout. Standard shipping within the United States is free. Product-specific destination restrictions apply; equipment cannot be shipped to destinations where its sale or delivery is prohibited.
Shipping
Handling takes 1–2 business days, followed by 3–5 business days in transit. The combined delivery estimate is 4–7 business days. If promised shipment timing cannot be met, we will offer the choice to agree to a delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. See our Shipping policy.
Returns and refunds
Our voluntary offer allows free returns requested within 30 days of delivery, in the same condition as delivered with original packaging. We provide a prepaid label. Returned goods are processed within 48 hours of receipt; credit is due within 5 days after refund approval. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the process and mandatory rights.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly to change or cancel an order. We will check shipment status and explain the available next step. If it has shipped, the return policy remains available where applicable.
