Description
Westinghouse iGen12000TFc Tri-Fuel Inverter Generator — 12000W Peak
Three fuels. One carefully planned setup.
Gasoline, propane and natural gas have different running-power ratings; choose the fuel first, then size the load.
Choose the operating fuel and a suitable outdoor location before planning the connected load. Running output, temporary startup demand and outlet compatibility need to work together.

Use the right rating for the job.
Gasoline: 12000W peak, 9000W running Use the running or rated figure for a sustained load, and check temporary startup demand separately for the selected fuel.
120V/240V 50A outlet and CO sensor An automatic protection feature does not make indoor or enclosed operation safe. Use the operating location and procedure specified by the manufacturer.
Make the operating location part of the plan.
Operate fuel-powered generators outdoors only, away from doors, windows and vents. Automatic sensors do not make enclosed operation safe. Connecting to building wiring requires appropriate transfer equipment and qualified installation.
Specifications and selected configuration
- Gasoline: 12000W peak, 9000W running
- Propane: 11000W peak, 8100W running
- Natural gas: 9800W peak, 7200W running

Operate outdoors only, away from doors, windows and vents. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Connecting a generator to building wiring requires appropriate transfer equipment and qualified installation.
Before you choose
Should I use the starting figure as continuous power?
No. A starting, peak or surge figure is separate from running or rated output. Use the rating for the selected fuel and check equipment startup demand.
Does an automatic CO feature permit enclosed use?
No. Operate outdoors only, away from doors, windows and vents, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
