Description
JACKERY EXPLORER 2000 v2
Keep your essentials in the plan.
A 2042Wh LiFePO4 battery, 2200W of continuous AC output and connections for everyday devices—all in one portable power station.
Bring power to selected plug-in essentials at a campsite or in a backup setup at home. Match each device to the station’s output and startup limits.

CHOOSE THE LOAD. KNOW THE LIMIT.
Capacity for your plan. Output for your devices.
The two numbers answer different questions. The 2042Wh capacity describes stored energy; the 2200W continuous AC rating defines the combined load the AC outputs can support. The separate 4400W surge rating is for brief startup demand, not continuous operation.
For a backup setup, start with the items you would prioritize: a router, selected lighting, a laptop, or a compatible appliance. Check each device’s running and startup requirements before connecting it. Runtime depends on the combined load, conversion losses and operating conditions; a single runtime promise would not describe every setup.
AC. USB. 12V.
Connect the way your equipment needs.
Use the AC outlets for compatible plug-in equipment, USB for compatible personal devices, and the car outlet for compatible 12V accessories. Check the requirements of the device and cable as well as the station’s output limits.
A compatible USB-C laptop can use the 100W port directly, leaving an AC socket free for another device. The separate 30W USB-C and 18W USB-A ports give smaller compatible devices their own charging connections, without requiring every device to use an AC adapter.

- Three AC outlets
- 120V, 60Hz. The 2200W continuous limit applies to the combined AC load, not to each outlet separately.
- Two USB-C ports
- One rated up to 100W and one up to 30W. Actual charging depends on the connected device and cable.
- One USB-A port
- Rated up to 18W for compatible USB-A devices.
- One car outlet
- 12V, 10A for compatible DC accessories.
A portable station, with a clear purpose.
The carrying handle and 39.5lb weight let you plan where the station will sit and how you will transport it. Check that weight against your own lifting and storage needs rather than judging portability from capacity alone.
This is a standalone power station for compatible connected devices. It is not an installed whole-home backup system. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for operation, charging, ventilation and storage.

Before you choose.
Will it run my appliance?
Compare the appliance’s running watts and startup demand with the station’s ratings, and check its voltage and connector requirements. Add together the loads you plan to run simultaneously. A 2200W total continuous AC rating does not guarantee compatibility with every appliance.
How long will a charge last?
Runtime changes with the devices connected and their actual consumption. The 2042Wh capacity is an energy specification, not a fixed number of hours. Conversion losses, device cycling and operating conditions also affect the result.
Are solar panels included?
No. This listing contains one Explorer 2000 v2 station and one AC charging cable. Solar panels are sold separately; a solar-generator kit is a different package.
Can I use all three AC outlets?
You can connect compatible equipment across the outlets, while keeping the combined AC load within the 2200W continuous limit and respecting startup and connection requirements.
Is this the Explorer 2000 Plus?
No. This is the Explorer 2000 v2. Check the exact model name when choosing accessories or comparing other Jackery stations.
